Hi! its me
again with yet another club! If you read my journal on my main gallery you will probably figure out why I created this club. If not, well let me tell you. This club is my DA version of the N.I.A.F. (National Italian-American Foundation)
I get really tired of people stereotyping Italians and Sicilians. Now don't get me wrong now. Me as I'm sure a lot of Italians and Sicilians like the Sopranos, Goddfellas, and the Godfather. But. They are just movies and shows. I mean it's true. The biggest mafia around is made up of Italians and Sicilians. They had a big impact on America in the '20', '30's, '40's and '50's and even to day You can see this link

So I can understand why all Mob movies mostly are Italian and or Sicilian mob movies because of this. Another reason for creating this club is. My recent moving to bristol, TN to help take care of my elderly Great-Grandmother. No school here teaches the lingua Italiane/ The Italian language. And there is 1 and only 1 Catholic church here. (most Italians and Sicilians being Catholic or Roman-Catholic.) And the controversy over the Sicilian language. And that it is not used much anymore. Most people don't really see what Italians and Sicilians have done for America. I.E. Most people credit Alexander Grandbell for inventing the telephone.
